      Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other cities and towns: 4–7 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your order.
  • From time to time, BluCup may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or order values.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number or tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. This will allow you to track the status of your shipment through the courier partner’s website.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details while placing an order.
  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order cannot be delivered, BluCup will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order.

6. Delivery Issues

  • If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact our customer support within 48 hours so we can assist you in resolving the issue with the courier partner.

7. Damaged Packages

  • If you receive a package that appears to be damaged or tampered with, please take clear photos and contact us immediately with your order details.
  • We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution where applicable.
